Hao Zeng immigrated to the states from Beijing at the age of 4.  At an early age, they developed an interest in art, fashion, dance, pop culture.

During college, they interned for photographer David Armstrong and later went to assist him for several years.

Currently, Hao lives in NYC & LA and shoots for commercial clients such as CHANEL, MAYBELLINE, CLINIQUE, NARS, LANCOME, ESTEE LAUDER, NIKE, ALEXANDER WANG, DEREK LAM, BRANDON MAXWELL, Calvin Klein, ELLE, NUMERO, VOGUE, V, Tmag W, etc.

Their personal work is focused on creating an alternative standard of beauty featuring diversity of the LGBTQIA+ community.
